so the rental house we are in has issues... but what one doesn't? the ac unit needs to be replaced but the idiot landlord is being a cheapskate and won't replace it :( anyway so we resorted to trying to replace our thermostat with one my parents had... but it wouldn't work for ours cuz it's a heatpump and their thermostat wouldn't work for those kind. however the thermometer on it worked and we wanted to see how wrong the one on the wall was... so here's our jerry-rig to keep the one on the wall to compare temperatures
in the end we broke down and bought a new thermostat since the landlord is an idiot
we got a lawn mower!!! so exciting! we can actually mow our sorry little patches of grass like a normal person now :D
so we realized we go through chocolate way fast. we absolutely love chocolate milk :) we were so excited to buy a new bottle. haha we're lame. here it is
my friend from work had a cute baby boy!!! here's the blanket I made for him. i got it in a cute kit from jo-ann's etc.
